设60000、75000、90000和105000in(L/hm^24个密度,研究了不同放养密度对克氏原螯虾生长和养殖水质的影响,周期为50d,每月测定1次水质指标。实验结束后,每组随机选取60尾虾,测定各项生长性能指标。结果显示,随着放养密度增大,克氏原螯虾终末体重、增重率、特定生长率、终末体长和体长增长率降低,而残肢率、饲料系数、产量和体长变异系数升高;水质指标(总氮、总磷、氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮)随放养密度增大而升高。结果表明,提高放养密度能在一定程度上增加产量,但高密度会抑制克氏原螯虾的生长并造成养殖水质恶化。
The effects of different stocking densities (60000, 75000, 90000, and 105000 individuals/hm^2) on the growth of Procambarus clarkii and aquaculture water quality were studied. This experiment lasted 50 days, and the water quality was tested once a month. After the finish of the experiment, 60 individuals of Procambarus clarkii in each treatment were selected randomly, and their growth performance indexes were measured. The resuhs indicated that: as stocking density increased, the final body weight4 weight gain rate, specific growth rate, final body length, and body - length growth rate of Procambarus clarkii decreased, while the percentage of limb loss, feed conversion ratio, yield, and variation coefficient of body length rose. The water quality inde- xes (total nitrogen, total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen) went up along with the increase in stocking density. So increasing stocking density could raise the yield to a certain extent, but high stocking density could inhibit the growth of Procambarus clarkii and result in the deterioration of aquaculture water quality.
