The experiment was conducted to determine the effect of dietary containing 1% betaine, TMAO, DMPT, compound amino -acid , allicin and compound feeding attractant (40% bataine + 20% TMAO + 20% DMPT + 20% allicin) on growth performance, serum biochemical indexes, muscle composition and digestive enzyme activity of Procambarus clarkii (4.29±0. 03 g). The results indicated that compared with control group, the weight gain rate (WGR) were significantly increased and feed conversion rate (FCR) were significantly decreased in group of 1% bataine, allicin and compound feeding attractant ( P 〈 0. 05) ; there was no significant difference of survival rate among the groups (P〉0.05). Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) level was significantly lower in 1% DMFF, compound amino -acid and compound feeding attractant than that of control group ; and the content of serum total cholesterol (TCH) was the lowest in 1% compound amino - acid (P 〈 0. 05 ). Moreover, muscle crude lipid content was significantly lower in control group and 1% compound amino - acid than other groups (P 〈 0. 05 ). The activity of digestive enzyme was significantly higher in experimental treatments (P 〈 0. 05). Additionally, there were no significantly differences in levels of glutamic -oxaloacetic transaminase (AST), glucose (Glu), total protein (TP), muscle moisture and ash among the groups (P 〉 0. 05). In conclusion, adding feeding attractants could improve the growth performance and digestive enzyme activity of Procambarus Clarkii, especially for compound feeding attractant.
