目的探讨T-钙黏蛋白(T-cadherin)的表达与鼻咽癌临床病理的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测21例鼻咽癌组织、10例鼻咽部炎症组织中T-cadherin的表达情况,分析各组鼻咽组织中Tcadherin的表达差异。结果本组中10例正常或炎症鼻咽部组织中T-cadherin表达阳性率为100%(10/10),21例鼻咽癌组织中T-cadherin分子表达阳性率为23.8(5/21),两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌组织中存在T-cadherin分子表达的缺失或低水平表达,而且随着肿瘤的恶性进展,T-cadherin分子的表达进行性下降。

Objective To detect the expression of the T- cadherin in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and nasopharyngitis tissue, and to analyze the T- cadherin express discrepancy in different nasopharyngitis tissue, and to investigate the correlation between the clinical pathology characteristics of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and express of T - cadherin. Methods The expression of T - cadherin in 20 NPCs and 10 nasopharyngitis tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemical method. The relationship between T - cadherin dif- ferential expression and clinical pathological factors in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive staining of T - cadherin mainly located in the cell membrane and the basal layer of basal ceils, especially in cell junctions, which was a pale yellow to brownish yellow granules. The positive expression rate of T - cadherin molecules were present in 10 cases of normal or inflammation of na- s0pharynx tissues (10/10) :while in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tumor cell, the number of yellow to brown staining granules significantly reduced. In 20 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinomas, the T - cadherin expression positive rate was 20% (4/20) , and there was significant difference between them ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is loss of expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the expression of T - cadherin molecule is decreased with the malignant progressing of tumor.
