为探究九香虫血淋巴对胃癌细胞SGC-7901体外增殖的抑制作用，本文以体外培养人胃癌细胞SGC-7901为材料，经九香虫血淋巴处理后，采用台盼蓝染色法检测细胞死亡率，并用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化。结果表明：九香虫血淋巴能显著抑制胃癌细胞SGC-7901生长，且在浓度为5、10、20、30、40mg／L时呈时间和剂量依赖性。
英文摘要：
To unravel the inhibitory effects of Haemolymph on in vitro proliferation of human gastric carcinoma cell SGC-7901. the in vitro SGC-7901 cells were treated by Haemolymph from Aspongopus chinensis Dal-las, then the cellular mortality was examined by trypan blue staining, and the morphological changes of the cells were observed using inverted microscope. The results showed that haemolymph from A. chinensis could inhibit the in vitro proliferation of human gastric cell SGC-7901 with a dosage-and time-dependent effect within the concentration of 5, 10, 20, 30 and 40 mg/L.
