目的:研究透明质酸合成酶1~3(HAS1~3)在鼻息肉中的表达情况,探讨其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学和半定量RT-PCR方法检测25例鼻息肉(鼻息肉组)和15例下鼻甲(下鼻甲组)组织中HA、HAS1、HAS2、HAS3的表达情况。结果:与下鼻甲组比较,鼻息肉组中HA、HAS1、HAS3表达增加(P〈0.05),HAS2表达无明显差别(P〉0.05)。结论:HAS1、HAS3表达增加是引起鼻息肉组织中HA过度沉积的主要原因,在鼻息肉发病过程中起着重要作用,有可能成为鼻息肉潜在治疗靶点。
Objective:To study the expression of hyaluronan synthase1-3(HAS1-3)in nasal polyps,and discuss their clinical significance.Method:The expression of HA,HAS1,HAS2 and HAS3in nasal polyps group(25cases)and inferior turbinate group(15cases)was detected by immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitative RT-PCR.Result:Compared with the control,the expression of HA,HAS1 and HAS3was higher in nasal polyps(P〈0.05),while there was no significant difference in HAS2expression(P〉0.05).Conclusion:The increase of HAS1 and HAS3expression may be the main cause of the excessive deposition of HA in nasal polyps,which may play an important role in the pathogenic process of nasal polyps,and become a potential target for therapy of nasal polyps.
