目的 建立测定了哥王中总木脂素含量的分析方法.方法 采用紫外分光光度法,测定波长为280 nm.结果 总木脂素的质量浓度在10.0~60.0 μg·mL-1 （r=0.999 3） 范围内与吸光度线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD 为1.8%.结论 该方法操作简便、快捷、准确,适用于了哥王中总木脂素的含量测定.
英文摘要：
Objective To establish a method for the determination of the total lignans content in Wikstroemia indica. Methods Ultra- violet spectrophotometry was used. The wavelength was 280 nm. Results The lignan components showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10.0-60.0μg · mL-1 （r= 0. 999 3）. The average recovery of lignan components was 98.5 % and RSD was 1.8 %. Conclusions The method is accurate, sensitive and can be used for the determination of the total lignans contents in Wikstroemia indica.
