英文摘要：
The purpose of this study is to analyze farmers＇ ability to pay and willingness to pay for the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation project. Extend Linear Expenditure System model and Contingent Valuation Method were employed. The results showed that 95.32% farmers completely had ability to pay for the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation project, and 4.68% farmers had limited ability to pay for final management and maintenance of rural land consolidation project. Meanwhile, 83.04% farmers had the willingness to pay for the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation project, and the amount that farmers had willingness to pay for the management and maintenance of rural land consolidation project was 211.46 yuan annually. Based on the above research results, we drew that most farmers completely had ability to pay for the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation project, and most farmers had willingness to pay for the ex-post management and maintenance of rural land consolidation project. Farmers paying for the project did not affect the basic livelihood of their families, so it was feasible for farmers to pay fee annually.
