对甘蔗收割机台架机构虚拟样机的运动仿真能使数字样机尽量模拟实际状态,观察模型是否正确表达设计要求;对样机台架结构进行了有限元分析并采用一阶方法进行优化,可以预估凭经验设计结构的最危险点,对结构进行改造和优化,保证结构综合应力在材料许用应力范围内使整体重量下降约7%,材料分配更合理,大大缩短了研制周期,降低了设计成本。对虚拟样机进行仿真和优化,可为数字样机的创新设计提供一种新的思路和应用依据。
It was observed whether or not the model of uplift device of a sugarcane harvester could be designed based on the red condition and use the method of first-order radio execute optimization of the machine, it could be easily estimated the most dangerous parts and some errors. The structure could be improved and deleted some unresonable parts by the way of optimization and on the condition of under the allowable stress of synthesis one, the weight of the structure can be reduced. It is proved that simulation and optimization of vitual prototyping can save a lot of research time and reduce a great deal of money. From this example it can provide a new idea and application base for innovative design of digital virtual prototype.
