甘蔗柔性体模型的建立是研究小型甘蔗收获机虚拟样机这一刚柔耦合多体动力学系统中的重要工作,基于ADAMS软件的多体动力学理论以离散梁法、Flex法和AutoFlex法3种方式建立了甘蔗的柔性体模型。模拟静载变形、甘蔗与扶蔗机构的动态作用过程进行了仿真分析。将分析结果与理论值和实验结果对比分析,结果显示用Flex法建立的甘蔗椟型最接近理论植和实验情况。另外从术解精度、求解效率等方面对3种方法进行了综合比较,指出三种建模方法各有优缺点,分别适于不同的应用场合。
Flexible sugarcane model is an important part of study on virtual prototyping for mini-type sugarcane harvester, which is a kind of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body system. Based on inulti-body dynamics theories of ADAMS software, flexible sugarcane model was established using 3 methods, "Discrete Flexible Link", "Flex" and "AutoFlex". Analyses were performed to simulate the deformation of exerting static force and dynamic process that uprearing device uplifts sugarcane. Comparing the simulation results with theoretical and experimental results, the model established by method "Flex" most coincided with theoreticalcalculation and experimental situation was demonstrated. Additionally, the comprehensive comparison to the 3 methods was carried on to analyze solving precision and efficiency, which shows that the 3 methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, each can be applied to some certain circumstances.
