以研究甘蔗断尾断面质量及切割功耗为目的,采用试验方法,研究了进给速度、刀盘转速、刀盘悬伸长度对断面质量及切割功耗的影响。应用综合评分法处理实验结果,得出较优参数组合,即刀盘转速为900r/min,进给速度为0.488m/s,刀片悬伸为60mm。通过方差分析得知,刀盘转速对试验结果影响高度显著。同时,探讨了3种不同圆盘切割器的断尾效果,得出工具钢刀片的断尾质量最好且功耗最小的结论。
