切割器是甘蔗收获机砍蔗机构的重要部件,其刚性对甘蔗破头率有着显著的影响,所以必须对切割器的刚性进行优化设计.为此,本文通过虚拟仿真和物理试验相结合的方法,分析比较了不同轴承及间距对刀轴刚性及甘蔗断面切割质量的影响,并在此基础上提出了一种高刚性的轴承布局方法,为设计低破头率的小型甘蔗联合收获机切割器提供了依据.
In order to work out a sugarcane cutting device,which has high cutting quality and reliable performance, the stiffness of the sugarcane cutting device have to go on with optimization design. Therefore, through changing the axial distance between two shaft bearings, this article measures and compares the displacement variation of the cutter disk when it cuts sugarcane, analyzes experimental results of sugarcane cutting quality, verifies the reliability of dynamic analysis,and finally brings up a method of proper arranging shaft bearings which can enhance the cutting stiffness of the cutting device. It provides reference for high rigid design of cutting device of sugarcane combine harvester.
