以提高砍蔗机构的动态特性为目的,采用虚拟设计的方法,在CAD软件中建立砍蔗机构的三维参数化模型,导入到ANSYS软件中进行模态分析后,得出机构的低阶固有频率及振型。分析各阶振型对甘蔗切割质量的影响,通过试验确定模型与试验台切割器固有频率的关系,并验证模型的正确性,对可能存在的应力集中部位进行动态特性分析和结构改进,并绘制改进后的砍蔗机构二维工程图,为甘蔗收割机物理样机的制造提供了依据。
In order to enhance the dynamic performance of the cutting device, the 3-D parameterized model of cutting device was established in CAD software and modal analysis was carried out after the model was imported to ANSYS software, the article obtained the low order normal frequency and vibration mode shape, analyzed the bad infection of each vibration mode shape to cutting quality, validated the model basing on the uniformity between model and experimental device, made out dynamic analysis of cutting device of a mini-type sugarcane harvester and improved on the concentrated stress part, drew a 2-D structural graphics which can be used to manufacture the machine.
