主要提出了小型甘蔗联合收割机虚拟样机设计及运动、动力、动态仿真分析的方法;探讨了虚拟样机技术在农业机械创新产品的开发模式并提供了开发实例。同时,介绍了虚拟样机技术的特点并分析了利用虚拟样机技术设计分析小型甘蔗联合收割机的必要性;并重点探讨了方法的体系结构包括“自下而上”虚拟设计阶段和“自上而下”的整机运动、动力、动态设计阶段。
The method's research of kinematics kinetic and dynamic educational analysis in virtual prototyping of monotype sugarcane harvester is brought forward. An exploitation mode and an example of the virtual prototyping technology's application in farming machine are represented. First, the characteristic of virtual prototyping technology is introduced, and the necessity of analyze monotype sugarcane harvester in using of virtual prototyping technology is discussed. It emphasizes to discuss the method's system structure which including the "down to up" virtual design phase and the "up to down" whole- vehicle's kinematics kinetic and dynamic design phase.
