甘蔗剥叶结构是甘蔗收获机的核心,目前样机的含杂率指标已可以达到了国内领先水平,但伤皮水平相对较高的问题仍然是我们亟待解决的问题。针对这个问题,通过对甘蔗收获机剥叶机构剥叶机理的研究,提出优化的剥叶元件的排布方式设计方案,继而利用虚拟样机技术对其进行仿真分析,再进行实验验证,并通过实验结果方差分析确定剥叶元件的最优方案。
Sugarcane Cleaner structure is the core of sugar cane harvesting machines, the current prototype on the impurity effecl has been achieved by the leading domestic level. To relieve sugarcane peel-serape problem, the installing method of cleaning element of sugarcane leaf cleaner was modified. And then to find out the optitnum configuration parameter for that, a orthogonal experiment of sugarcane cleaning components endued. By analyzing the variance, it is confirmed that the modified installing method of cleaning element do greatly relieve sugarcane peel scrape with satisfying cleaning effect.
