在分析了甘蔗收获机行驶和作业特点的基础之上,结合人机工程学的相关理论,提出一种在求取H点范围时应综合考虑人体上下肢舒适性约束的设计思想。为此,利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术,建立了坐姿人体数学模型,开发了求解甘蔗收获机驾驶员最佳驾驶位置的H点分布系统。
Based on the analyses and studies of the running and working features of Sugar Cane Harvester, the related theories of Human.Machine Engineering are combined with. This paper puts forward the new kind of design idea that the designer should consider synthetically the comfortable restrictions of the driver's upper and lower limbs when working out the scope of H-Point. By CAD technology, the sitting-state body mathematical model is built, and the H-Point Distribution System for getting the best position of the driver in cab is developed and finished.
