虚拟样机是一个完整的、基于计算机的、产品研制的集中信息载体,它涉及多体系统运动学与动力学建模理论及技术实现,是基于先进的建模技术、多领域仿真技术、信息管理技术、交互式用户界面技术和虚拟现实技术的综合应用技术。为此,在运用该技术对小型甘蔗收割机进行研发的基础上,设计喂入机构,并对其进行仿真分析。仿真分析过程中,通过不断完善其中的参数,以实现甘蔗理想的喂人效果。
Virtual prototype, which refers to the prototype theory and technical realization of multi-kinematics and multi-dymaties, is an integrated central information carrier, based on advanced synthetical application technology, including prototype technology, simulation technology, information management technology, interactive user interfaeial technology, and vitalizing realization technology. Virtual prototype technology is one of new technology nowadays. In the base of using this technology to research sugarcane harvester, this paper brings forward a type of sugarcane-feeding-setup, and do some simulation analysis on it influencing parameters, we achieve the perfect feeding effect. In the process of simulation, by modifying the main influencing parameters, we achieve the perfect feeding effect.
