采用虚拟仪器技术,构建机械振动测试系统,通过对小型甘蔗收获机车架的FRF的测量,研究车架的结构在改变工况的情况下具有的运动特性;同时,分析了车架的固有动态特性。结合试验结果,对其进行了评价,找出了车架设计中的缺陷,为小型甘蔗收获机械车架的设计提供依据。
Machinery vibration test system was constructed based on virtual instrument technology. Through FRF measurement to the small sugar cane harvester frame, the paper researched motion characteristics of frame structure in the case of change status, and analyzed inherent dynamic characteristics. With the results of the trial, the paper made an evaluation and identified the flaws in designing frame, and to provide the basis for the design of small sugarcane harvester frame.
