近年来，一些企业集团相继出现信用风险，给银行、投资人及社会带来巨大损失。而企业集团历来是商业银行最重要的信贷客户资源，如何科学的评估集团客户的信用风险，对商业银行的风险管理至关重要。信用风险评估的关键在指标体系的构建，因此本文通过企业集团的关联交易情况、公司内部治理水平及其他常用的风险指标，构成了企业集团信用风险的评估指标体系。通过DEMATEL方法，得到了指标的权重，发现公司内部治理和关联交易情况等指标对企业集团信用风险影响较大。分析指标权重结果，以期为商业银行对集团客户做信用风险评估时，提供有效的参考。
英文摘要：
In recent years, credit risk has emerged in some enterprise groups, it brought huge losses to banks, investors and the community. Enterprise groups have always been the most important credit customer resources of commercial banks, so how to evaluate their credit risk scientifically is crucial to the risk management. Establishment of index system is the key to credit risk evaluation. This paper structured the credit risk evaluation index system of enterprise groups by related transaction, internal corporate governance level, and other risk index in common use. Through DEMATEL method, we got the index weight, and found that the internal corporate governance level and the related transaction index had a relatively great impact on credit risk of enterprise groups. Analysing the index weight result could provide effective reference for commercial banks to evaluate the credit risk of group customers.
