在利用频次统计方法研究年龄结构的基础上,首次构建学者年龄网络图,深入揭示了我国情报学领域合作年龄结构特征:我国情报学者的年龄呈单峰分布,单峰区间是24—39岁,峰值年龄26岁,呈显著年轻化趋势;偏好与同辈情报学者合作,青年一青年合作模式已成长为最重要的合作模式之一;26-38岁的青年学者和年轻的中年学者最具合作影响力,36岁左右达到学术影响力顶峰。据此提出如下建议:定期测定情报学者的年龄结构;鼓励和有意促进隔代合作模式;给予26-38岁年龄段的情报学者更多支持。最后给出进一步研究的策略。
In addition to the traditional frequency statistical method in studying age structure, scholars' age net-work was constructed for the first time to reveal the features of scientific collaboration network of China informa-tion science: the age was in unimodal distribution with peak area 24 to 39, the peak age was 26, which shows ap-parent trend of being young; a preference exists in collaborating with scholars of the same age, and Young-Young collaboration has become one of the most important collaboration rela- tionship; young scholars from 26 to 38 shows the highest impact in the age network and scholars of age 36 has reached the peak in collaborative impact. Several advices were raised based on the above results: to measure the age structure of information scientists peri-odically; encourage and enhance on purpose the collaboration between different generations; give more support to scholars of age 26 to 38. Further research strategies were given in the end.
