联机公共目录查询系统（OPAC），在馆藏资源揭示方面存在检索功能过于专业、书目数据关联性差、检索结果可用性低、没有充分挖掘用户借阅数据等问题。针对这些问题，图书馆可以采用聚类的思想和数据挖掘技术，从基于检索字段的书目数据聚类、基于用户分类的书目数据聚类、基于用户资源利用行为数据统计分析的聚类3个方面完善OPAC资源揭示及书目推送服务。同时，图书馆OPAC应以用户需求为中心，利用先进的信息技术加快改革。
英文摘要：
Online Public Access Catalogue （OPAC） has some deficiencies in the resource description, such as the retrieval function is too professional, the relevance of bibliographic data is bad, the usability of retrieval results is low, it is deficient to excavate users＇ lending data, and so on. On these problems, libraries could use the idea of the clustering and data mining techniques, improve the resource description and bibliographic push services of OPAC through three ways, such as the bibliographic data clustering based on retrieval fields, the bibliographic data clustering based on the user classification, and clustering based on the data statistical analysis of using resource behaviors of users. At the same time, the OPAC of libraries should take users＇ needs as the centre, use advanced information technologies to quicken the reform.
