基于两个假设前提——引证行为规范以及知识转移双方都热衷于知识共享，提出了两种基于引证关系的知识转移模式，即链状模式以及网状模式。其中链状模式能揭示学科领域的发展演进过程，网状模式则能揭示学科领域的研究内容体系及研究重点。利用Pajek以及Histcite可视化软件对知识管理学的知识转移模式进行了可视化研究，揭示了知识管理学的发展演进过程及其学科研究内容以及研究重点。
英文摘要：
Based on two assumptions, this paper puts forward two types of knowledge transfer patterns--chain pattern and mesh pattern. The chain pattern can reveal the development and evolution process of a discipline, and mesh pattern can reveal the hot research fields and content architecture of a discipline. Using the information visualization softwares Pajek and Histcite, this paper conducts a visualization a- nalysis of the patterns for knowledge transfer in knowledge management, which reveals the development and evolution process, the re- search hot points and content architecture of international knowledge management.
