The problem of personal information protection in the government information disclosure has increasingly become the focus of the government and the people. This paper focuses on the analysis of the successful case of personal information protection in American library,deeply analyzes the relevant measures and experience in mode,system and technical level,in order to provide guidance and reference for the personal information protection in the government information disclosure in China.
