本文从信息计量工具的视角出发，探讨了随着文献信息计量研究对象的发展和变化，并通过绘制信息计量工具使用的时序分析图，得出信息计量工具的发展是伴随着计量学的学科发展而演进的特点；最后，提出了未来信息计量工具将向集成化、可视化、智能化方向发展的观点。
英文摘要：
Firstly, the article explores the developing process and current situation of informetric tools as the study objects of bibliometrics change over time from the perspective of informetric tools. And then drawing the time series analysis map based on the paper data which has been used the infometric tools from seven periodicals of related discipline based on Web of Science database. Furthermore, it draws the conclusion that the development of informetric tools is accompanied with the evolution of metrology. Finally, the authors put forward that the future informetric tools will be integrated, visualized and intelligent.
