梳理了我国近年来出台的与工业遗产保护与再利用相关的城市土地政策,分析在不同的城市土地政策引导下,工业遗产所在用地向居住、商业、公共设施等用地性质转变的可能,结合已实施的工业遗产保护再利用实践案例,分析发现:转变为公共设施用地有益于工业遗产保护再利用中物质本体的保存,多功能复合的土地用途有益于工业遗产活力的重塑。制定配套及完善的城市土地政策是科学引导工业遗产保护再利用的运作及实施过程的关键。
Reviewing our country' s urban land policies related to the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in recent years, this paper analyzes the possibility of the site of industrial heritage changing into the land for resident, commerce and public facilities etc. under the guidance of different urban land policies. Additionally, combined with implemented practical cases, it is found out that the change is good for the conservation of the substance of industrial heritage, and that multifunc- tional compound lands also benefits the restoration of the vigor. Making assorted and perfect urban land policies is the key to scientifically conduct the operation of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage.
