在经济高速发展时期,有很多尚未被赋予文物身份的＂准遗产＂常常因为各种原因被迫拆除。针对中国目前尚未有有效的法律积极应对的现状,我们建议尽快建立濒危遗产紧急指定制度。本文首先研究了东亚各国及地区濒危遗产制度的情况,并以工业遗产为例,针对中国建立濒危遗产制度提出具体提案。
英文摘要：
With increasingly intensive urban development, there constantly appear reports on heritage in danger which is not specified as cultural relics. Facing such emergencies, we have no corresponding law. Therefore we call for establishing the emergency designation system for Chinese heritage in danger. Firstly, this paper studies the endangered heritage system in East Asian countries and the regions situation,Secondly, it also suggests specific proposal for the establishment of China endangered heritage system.
