在国家大力推动文化产业跨越式发展，努力使之成为经济结构战略性调整的重要支点的大背景下，许多实践已经证明可以促成文化产业发展与工业用地更新的结合。通过对由高校、文化产业、工业遗产这三个要素共同介入的类型案例进行分析．阐明高校是如何带动一部分工业遗产进入再利用过程并完成产业升级的，进而总结出此类型项目在工业遗产保护再利用方面的特点，在此基础上对探索高校建设、文化产业与工业遗产再利用协同发展的模式提出策略建议。

In the context that our country vigorausly promote the development of cultural industry, and strive to make it become tile important fulcrum of strategic adjustment of economic structure, many practices have proved that it is feasible to thcilitate the combination of cultural industry development and industrial land renewal. Through the analysis of the type cases that the three elements of college, cultural industry and industrial heritage get involved, this paper illustrates how colleges are driving a part of industrial heritage into the process of reuse and industrial upgrading, and then sum up the characteristics of this type of project in the industrial heritage conservation reuse, and put forward strategies and recommendations on exploration of the mode of college construction, cultural industry and industrial heritage reuse coordinated development.
