工业遗产选择不同的保护再利用模式,明显需要发生不同的成本费用;不同的再利用主体对这类投入的敏感度和承受力也明显不同。以青岛市工业遗产保护再利用项目为例,通过对调研数据的分析,揭示目前工业遗产保护再利用模式主要为产业园的整体趋势,不同企业性质的投资主体对工业遗产保护再利用的投资态度存在显著差异,并分析了产生这种趋势和差异的原因,最后提出维持投资主体与项目稳定、持久的关系对工业遗产保护具有重要意义。
英文摘要：
There needs to be a different cost significantly when the industrial heritage choose different conservation and reuse mode; there are obviously different sensitivity and tolerance of different reuse subject to this kind of input. The study was based on the conservation and reuse projects of Qingdao, through the analysis of survey data it was revealed that the overall trend of industrial heritage conservation and reuse mode was mainly the industrial park at present, the subjects of investment in different nature of enterprises have different investment attitude to the industrial heritage conservation reuse, and then analyzed the causes of the trend and the differences. Finally it was pointed out that maintaining a stable, lasting relationship between the subjects of investment and the projects was of great significance to the conservation of industrial heritage.
