分析了大规模风电给电力系统实时调度所带来的若干问题,依据节能减排原则,以消纳风电最大化和火电机组一次能源消耗最小化为双重目标,建立了含大规模风电的实时调度模型。在量子粒子群算法基础上加入混沌初始化和混沌扰动,形成混沌量子粒子群优化算法。基于修改的IEEE-118节点系统进行仿真计算,结果表明:建立的模型能在最大程度消纳风电的前提下,最大限度地减少一次能源消耗,达到节能减排的目的;采用的算法计算速度快、收敛性能好,满足实时性的要求。
A series of problems in the real-time dispatch of wind power integrated system are analyzed and a real-time dispatch method is proposed,fully considering energy saving and emission reduction,with dual goals of maximizing wind power and minimizing primary energy consumption.Based on the choas quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization algorithm,simulation results of the modified IEEE-118 node system show that the model can maximize wind power as well as minimize primary energy consumption,and the adoptive algorithm can meet the requirement of real-time,due to its fast computational speed and excellent convergence performance.
