电网电压不平衡且畸变情况下的系统控制策略是大规模光伏系统并网运行需要解决的关键问题之一。为实现光伏系统输出恒定有功功率,同时并网电流谐波含量满足IEEEStd.929-2000标准,提出一种系统控制策略。首先对光伏系统输出功率流进行分析,在此基础上推导出系统输出恒定有功功率对应的并网电流参考指令,设计电网电压正序/负序分量的测量方案,建立基于并联无源阻尼的并网控制模型;对系统稳定性进行分析,并对系统稳态误差控制进行探讨;最后在电网电压畸变/不平衡情况下对系统控制方案进行实验测试。实验结果验证了提出方法的有效性。
Control strategy under distorted and unbalanced grid voltage conditions is one of the most important issues for grid integration of high penetration photovoltaic(PV) systems.In order to ensure that the PV system outputs the constant active power and the grid current complies with IEEE Std.929-2000,a new control strategy was presented.Firstly,the power flow of PV systems was analyzed.Secondly,the grid current command was derived from the viewpoint of constant active power.The positive and negative sequences estimation of the grid voltage was also provided.Thirdly,the system control model based on passive damping was built,and the system stability was analyzed.Besides that,the system steady-state error control was discussed.Finally,the system performance tests were carried out under the distorted and unbalanced grid voltage conditions.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
