针对天津某石化公司延迟焦化装置焦炭塔进料管道振动过大问题,运用ANSYS14.5和SAP2000 V15.2两种有限元分析软件对管道系统进行了模态分析和阻尼减振效果模拟计算。分析得出了管道振动原因,并结合实际情况提出了有效解决进料管道振动的最优方案。通过运用阻尼减振技术,在不停车以保证连续生产的情况下,在管道的适当位置安装阻尼器,有效抑制了管道系统的振动,消除了安全隐患,保证了整个装置的安全运行。
In order to solve the vibration problem of a coke drum feed line in a delayed coking unit in a petrochemical plant in Tianjin, both finite element analysis software ANSYS14.5 and SAP2000V 15.2 were employed to ana- lyze the modal shape and damping vibration reduction in simulations of the pipeline. The reasons for the pipeline vi- bration were identified, and an optimal solution which could solve the pipeline vibration effectively was proposed. By using damping vibration reduction technology, dampers which were installed at suitable locations in the pipeline can effectively suppress the pipeline vibration and meet the user's requirement of ensuring continuous production. Thus the security risk was eliminated and the pipeline system was able to operate safely.
