将调谐质量阻尼器应用于管道减振时存在有效频带窄等问题,严重限制了其在工程中的应用。本文通过建立管道调谐质量阻尼器减振试验台,研究得到调谐质量阻尼器安装的最佳位置以及作用范围的大小;通过增加调谐质量阻尼器的质量比或者个数有效地拓宽了其作用频带的范围。本文实验结果能够为调谐质量阻尼器的工程应用提供一定依据。
The application of tuned mass dampers in a pipeline suffers from the problem of a narrow effective band,which severely limits their application in engineering practice. We have developed a test stand to investigate the effect of a tuned mass damper on the reduction in pipeline vibration. Experimental studies have shown the best place to install a tuned mass damper and the effect of the tuned mass damper. In addition,our experiments have solved the narrow frequency band problem for a tuned mass damper by adding to the mass or number of the dampers. The results obtained provide a basis for engineering applications of tuned mass dampers.
