高温热油泵具有输送介质温度高、传导热量大等特点,采用现有热量估算方法对其机械密封热量进行计算有较大的误差。利用FLUENT软件采用流固热耦合的方法研究了高温热油泵机械密封的传热特性及其热源热量:经对比分析,高温热油泵机械密封的热量主要来源于轴和腔体传导热。分析了不同轴径对高温热油泵机械密封传导热、摩擦热和搅拌热的影响规律;计算了高温热油泵机械密封热平衡冲洗量。针对高温热油泵机械密封的高温工况,提出了一种机械密封传导热系数的修正拟合方法,经算例验证,拟合公式计算结果与模拟值接近,最大误差为2.4%。
Hot oil pump generally transports high temperature and dangerous media, using the existing heat-estimation methods to calculate the heat of its mechanical seal which have large errors. Fluid-solid thermal coupling method was adopted to study the heat transfer characteristics of hot oil pump mechanical seal and calculated its heat by FLUENT; Conduct heat of shaft and chamber is the main heat resource of mechanical seal by comparison. The variations of mechanical seal conduct heat, frictional heat and stirring heat with shaft diameters were analyzed and the flush volume was also calculated according to thermal equilibrium And a mechanical seal fitting method of correction coefficient of thermal conductivity was proposed for the high temperature working conditions of hot oil pump mechanical seal; through the comparison of calculated value of fitting formula and the simulation results by numerical example, the maximum relative error is 2.4%.
