针对湖南某石化厂T3塔到T4塔甲醇输送管道振动问题,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对管道进行结构模态分析,并与实测数据进行对比,得出共振是管道系统振动的主要原因,并针对性地设计出一套适合现场要求的减振方案,在不影响正常生产的情况下,在管道的适当位置安装阻尼器,有效降低了管道系统的振动幅值,增加管道系统的安全性和可靠性,消除安全隐患,保证整个装置安全运行。
To solve the vibration problem of the methanol transportation pipeline between T3 tower and T4 tower in a petrochemical plant in Hunan province, the finite element analysis software ANSYS was employed to analyze the modals of the pipeline. Comparing the results with the vibration data collected in the plant, the resonance was found to be the main reason of the pipeline vibration. Then, a specific scheme for vibration reduction was designed. According to the scheme, dampers were installed in the pertinent location of the pipeline without stopping the regular operation of the pipeline. The vibration amplitude of the pipeline was reduced effectively and the pipeline system was ensured to operate safely.
