转子不平衡是大型水泵机组、水轮发电机组中的常见故障,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行.该文搭建了模型实验台,研究了喷水、喷气等反旋流方法对转子不平衡响应的抑制作用.实验结果表明具有合适喷射流量的反旋流对转子不平衡响应起抑制作用,并研究了反旋流喷嘴数量对抑制转子不平衡响应的影响.对比了在不同情况下转轴振动幅值变化,初步得到抑制转子不平衡响应的最佳喷射流量.为反旋流技术抑制转子不平衡响应在工程上应用提供有效的实验依据。
The rotor unbalance is the common fault of the large water pump and the hydroelectric generating set,which would affect the safely operating of set.The experiment rig is manufactured in this paper.The influence of water injection and gas injection to the unbalance response of rotor is investigated by model experiment.The result shows that the unbalance response of rotor can be suppressed by the antiswirl flow which has the right injection flow.The vibration amplitude of the rotor in different situations is contrasted.And the best injection flow of the anti-swirl flow is found.It provides effective experimental basis for using anti-swirl flow technique to suppress the unbalance response in engineering applications.
