针对多级离心泵运行效率下降,但缺乏有效的诊断方法,导致检维修盲目、效率低下且效果不佳的现状,基于流体动力学建立多级离心泵动力学模型,模拟分析各因素下流场分布、运动特性等相关参数的变化规律,并利用各因素下相关参数变化规律的差异性,提出了一种基于振动参数、压力、流量和电机电流等参数的多级离心泵性能下降因素区分诊断方法。最后通过实验模拟不同性能下降因素的影响情况,利用所提出方法进行分析诊断,成功区分了性能下降的原因。
The large number of factors which can cause a decrease in the efficiency of a multistage centrifugal pump and the lack of an effective diagnosis method present great operational difficulties. Therefore, a dynamic model of a multi-stage centrifugal pump has been created in order to analyze changes in the characteristics of the flow field dis- tribution and kinetic features based on the theory of fluid dynamics. A method for the diagnosis of multi-stage cen- trifugal pump performance based on the parameters of vibration, pressure, flow rate and motor current has been pro- posed, using the relationship between the changes in these parameters and a variety of factors. Finally, a muhi- stage centrifugal pump test bench was built in order to carry out performance degradation tests, and the reasons for the decrease in efficiency can be successfully identified using the proposed method.
