针对旋转叶片的结构和工作特点,基于旋转态下的悬臂梁理论,建立了考虑叶片离心力作用的动力学方程.采用梁函数法推导了在变转速状态下悬臂梁频率的解析表达式,进而确定了叶片在离心力作用下的固有频率随转速的变化规律,获得了叶片动频率、静频率与转速之间的关系,得到了一种新的叶片动频系数公式.最后,采用解析法和经验公式法分别计算某叶片的前三阶动频,结果表明该方法的合理性.
Based on the cantilever beam theory in the state of rotary, the dynamic equation of the blade is established. A cantilever beam frequency analytical expression is deduced by using the beam function method. The change rules of blade frequency under varying rotating speed and the action of centrifugal force are researched. The mathematical relationship between the dynamic frequency, static frequency and rotating frequency coefficients are also qualitatively analyzed and the expressions of dy- namic frequency are obtained. The first three dynamic frequencies of the blade are calculated by ana- lytical method and empirical formula respectively. The results indicate that the numerical results by this method are consistent with the results through empirical formula.
