针对大型旋转机械通过临界转速时振动过大问题,搭建双磁流变阻尼器转子实验台模拟试车过程。在不改变转子原有支撑形式的情况下,于转轴两端分别安装一台自主设计的磁流变阻尼器,并提出一种基于转速的双阻尼器开关控制策略,通过实验对比研究了不同数量阻尼器及阻尼器位于不同位置时对转子系统振动的影响规律。实验结果表明,单阻尼器作用可抑制转子振动58.70%,而双阻尼器抑制转子振动可达72.77%;随着阻尼器距离转盘中心距离不断缩小,振动幅值随之减小,振动降幅最大可达84.10%。
In order to solve the problem whereby the vibration of rotating machinery becomes too large near a critical speed,a rotor system with two magneto-rheological dampers has been constructed in order to simulate the onset of the vibration process. Two self-designed magneto-rheological dampers were installed at the shaft ends without changing the original supports of the rotor system. An on-off control for the two magneto-rheological dampers was employed to study the influence of different numbers of working dampers and different positions of two dampers. The results show that the vibration of the rotor can be reduced by 58. 70% with only one damper working,while the vibration of the rotor can be reduced by 72. 77% with two dampers. When the distance between one damper and the rotor is reduced,the reduction of the vibration can reach as high as 84. 10%.
