针对转子振动问题提出靶向抑制方法,通过实时诊断预测故障原因和条件,确定靶点目标位置.在合适的时间施加适当大小的控制力,在不停机的情况下有效抑制振动,避免经济损失,排除安全隐患。为了更好地介绍靶向抑制方法,本文利用基于磁流变阻尼器的四跨转子的振动抑制方法、基于环形动力吸振器的四跨转子的振动抑制方法以及实际生产中的压缩机振动抑制进行具体说明。
It's raised a targeting suppression niethod for rotor vibration. By mean of real-time diagnosis and prediction, the causes and conditions of the tailure arc fixed. According to this, the destination of target is been confirmed. When, how and what control force should he applied are also determined. In the case of that, vihration can be suppressed effectively with the running rotor. So that economic losses are avoided, and securiiv risks are excluded. In order to introduce targeting suppression method vividly, four-span rotors with magnetorheological dampers, four-span rotors with tuned mass absorbers and an engineering project ahout compressor vihration suppression are presented in this paper.
