利用有限元法可以模拟ECAP工艺。综述了近年ECAP工艺的FEM研究成果,主要包括模具结构、摩擦、工艺条件几个因素的模拟分析。分析表明,优化磨具结构以及选取适当的工艺条件(如增加道次、选取C路径)可以减小死区、增加变形均匀性,摩擦对均匀性与死区的影响比较复杂。最后介绍了一些新型ECAP工艺的FEM研究进展。
The finite element method can he utilized to simulate the process of ECAP. The recent achievement of FEM research of ECAP process is reviewed, mainly including the simulation analysis of several factors, such as die geometry, friction and process conditions. It shows that optimization of die geometry and proper utilization of process conditions(such as increase pass and choose route C) can effectively reduce corner gap and increase the homogenization of the deformation, while friction has complex effects on corner gap and homogenization. Moreover, the development of FEM research of some new ECAP processes is introduced.
