The paper illustrates relationship among vocational education, regional economic development, industrial personnel specification requirements, and three-dimensional personnel training. Further from the big concept of vocational education, modern vocational education system framework,improving the group mechanism, and optimizing the soft environment, the paper discusses the construction of a modern vocational education system aiming to provide ideas for promoting the regional modern vocational education system.
