诸多对我国大学治理问题的研究不是在“治理理论”的范式下开展的。治理具有过程性、协调性、多主体性和持续互动性等特征。我国的大学治理在“备受质疑”与“主动探索”的夹缝中艰难行进。行政主导的高等教育管理制度与大学主体性的缺失是我国大学治理实现面临的两个主要问题。通过变更管理模式,打破行政主导的高等教育管理体制,使大学治理成为可能。
Many studies on university governance in our country are not carried out under the paradigm of"governance theory”.Governance has the characteristics of process,coordination,multi subjectivity and continuous interaction.University governance in China is struggling forward in the facts o““being highly questioned”and“actively exploring”.The administrative officials leading the management system inuniversities and universities losing their autonomy are two major problems to enhanceour university governance.The university governance is much more doable by changing this pattern to optimize the administrative management system.
