英文摘要：
Peer review is the important link to guarantee the academic quality of medical journals. Mode of review, the academic levels, knowledge structure, responsibility, psychological states, and the incentive mechanism of the reviewer as well can affect the quality of peer review. Except for the need to organize highquality manuscript source, the editorial office of medical journals need to improve the academic level of the journals incessantly and do well in the editors initial reading. Based on the journal-positioning, peerrreview expert system of twoway interaction should he perfected, paper reviewing system and proper incentive mechanism should be established. Besides, reviewing business training should be carried out to reviewers on a regular basis through various ways in order to improve the link quality of peer review.
