Instrumental analysis experiment teaching is an important part to train the ability of students to independently operate and experiment. In the paper,the HPLC determination of the content of p- nitrochlorobenzene and o- nitrochlorobenzene in sewage is taken as an example to show opening- experiment- method could be obtained and expanded from existed ones. The details of experiment design,implement and effects of the methods have been described. This is suitable for experiment teaching of undergraduate students.
