The competence of a city is the core of the man- agement strategs of the city. In times to strengthen the com- petence of a city, we need to seize the city＇s character. To see the land ASEAN by Chongzuo, we need proposed the characteristics, which is, to create an international land logis- tics hub city. Firstly, we introduces the basic concepts of city management and city competitiveness. Secondly, we analysis the logistics status quo of Chongzuo. Lastly, we give the strat- egy of Chongzuo based on the competitiveness of the logistics business.
