文章探讨西藏小学教师工作价值观与工作满意度的内在关系 ,采用《教师工作价值观问卷》和《教师工作满意度量表》对西藏地区220名小学教师进行问卷调查.调查显示 ,西藏地区小学教师工作价值观中的利他奉献、安全稳定对自我实现有显著影响 ;物质报酬、安全稳定对工作强度有显著影响 ;物质报酬、职业发展对工资收入有显著影响.结论是西藏地区小学教师工作价值观的部分维度可以对工作满意度进行预测.
Through a survey of 220 elementary school teachers in Tibet by"TWVS"and"The Educator Job Satisfaction Scale",this paper explores the influence of teacher's work value on job satisfaction of Tibetan elementary school teachers .The results show that altruistic dedica-tion and security and stability of"TWVS"have significant effect on self actualization;material reward and security and stability have significant influence on working strength;material reward and career development have significant influence on wages .
