采用《教师离职意向量表》对230名西藏地区小学教师进行调查,了解其离职意向状况。结果表明:西藏地区小学教师离职意向现象较为严重,特别是在调校意向维度上均值大于3;男性教师、10年以下教龄的教师、县城和乡镇的教师在离职意向方面存在着显著差异;离职意向状况受性别、学校所在地及教龄等变量的影响。
The study used the Teacher Turnover Intention Scale to investigate 230 primary school teachers in Tibet to reveal their turnover intention status. Results indicate that: the turnover intention is relatively serious,especially in adjusting intention dimension the average value is more than 3; male teachers, teachers who teach no more than 10 years, county and township teachers have significant differences in turnover intention; and the turnover intention status varies with school location, gender, working years, etc.
