采用《教师离职意向量表》对230名西藏地区小学教师进行调查,了解其离职意向状况。结果表明：西藏地区小学教师离职意向现象较为严重,特别是在调校意向维度上均值大于3;男性教师、10年以下教龄的教师、县城和乡镇的教师在离职意向方面存在着显著差异;离职意向状况受性别、学校所在地及教龄等变量的影响。
英文摘要：
The study used the Teacher Turnover Intention Scale to investigate 230 primary school teachers in Tibet to reveal their turnover intention status. Results indicate that： the turnover intention is relatively serious,especially in adjusting intention dimension the average value is more than 3; male teachers, teachers who teach no more than 10 years, county and township teachers have significant differences in turnover intention; and the turnover intention status varies with school location, gender, working years, etc.
