根据企业某盘形丁件的数控加工需求,结合企业实际生产条件,设计一套工序集中的数控加工工艺方案。针对工件圆周孔系加工特点,通过软件自动生成程序在FANUC系统加工中心机床上实现孔的高效、准确加工。结合工件侧面孔¢8H6和侧面槽加工的装夹问题,分析企业采用卧式夹具对工件装夹的弊端,分析一面两孔定位的误差,设计一套旋转气缸快速夹紧机构的立式夹具,从而保证了该件加工精度,提高了生产效率。
According to NC machining requirement of one' s dish and practical production conditions of corpora- tion, a series of integrated NC machining process planning are designed. Target at the feature of series of circular holes, it can be machined highly productivity and accuracy on the FANUC system machining center, which by au- tomatieally generated program of software. To solve the setup questions of work - piece' s side ¢ 8H6 hole drilling and side notching, the malpractice of horizontal fixture and location error of one plane and two holes analysis, a ro- tary pneumatic clamping vertical fixture is designed, so that ensure the accuracy and productivity of this part.
