天然蚕丝作为纺织纤维在服饰中的应用已有几千年的历史.丝素是蚕丝的主要成分,以其优异的力学性能和良好的生物相容性,在生物领域表现出极大的应用潜力,近年来再生丝素蛋白材料在生物医用材料中的应用得到了国内外研究者的高度重视,尤其是组织工程、伤口敷料、药物缓释等方面Q 文章综述了丝素蛋白的结构、天然丝素的溶解方法,以及再生丝素蛋白纤维的成形方式,并论述了再生丝素蛋白纤维在生物医用领域的应用现状及前景.
Ntural silk as a textile fiber has been extensively used in the textile industry for thousands of years. As amain component, silk fibroin shows great application potential in biological field due to its excellent mechanicalproperty and good biocompatibility. Recently, the application of regenerated silk fibroin in biomedical materials( especially tissue engineering, wound dressing and drug controlled-release) has been highly valued by domestic andoverseas researchers. In this paper, the structure and dissolving methods of silk fibroin are introduced, and theformation mode of regenerated silk fibroin fibers is also illustrated. The application state and prospect of regeneratedsilk fibroin fibers in biomedical field are also discussed.
