贵州某硅钙质磷矿石硅质和倍半氧化物质量分数高,反浮选难以脱除,针对这些特点,采用正浮选工艺进行了浮选脱硅、脱倍半氧化物的试验研究。粗选条件试验考察了磨矿细度、pH值、抑制剂用量和捕收剂用量对浮选效果的影响,在此基础上,采用一粗一精一扫试验流程,获得P_2O_5品位为30.02%,P_2O_5回收率为74.67%,SiO_2质量分数为9.07%,Fe_2O_3质量分数为1.11%,Al_2O_3质量分数为1.81%的磷精矿。
The silicate-calcareous phosphate rock and sesquiox- ide in Guizhou are high in content and difficult to be removed by a reverse flotation. Tests were carried out to remove silica and ses- quioxide using the positive flotation process. The test of roughing conditions done investigated the influence of grinding fitness, pH value and inhibitor and collector dosages on the flotation effect and on this basis, tests were made using the direct flotation process with one rouging, one cleaning and one scavenging to produce the phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30.02 %, recovery rate 74. 67%, SiO2 content 9. 07%, Fe2O3 content 1.11% and Al2O3 content 1.81%.
