研究水凝胶的结构、特性及分类,并阐述再生丝素蛋白水凝胶的凝胶机理、改性方法及应用现状,为再生丝素蛋白水凝胶的性能研究及应用提供一定的参考价值。研究结果表明,再生丝素材料因其良好的可降解性、生物相容性、易加工等性质备受关注,丝素水凝胶是再生丝素材料重要表现形态之一,目前被广泛应用于生长因子、药物的缓释载体及作为细胞培养支架。
This paper studied the structure,characteristics and category of hydrogels. It also explained the gel mechanism,modification method and current applications of regenerated silk firoin hydrogels,offering references for the study of properties and applications of regenerated silk fibroin hydrogels. The studies show that regenerated silk fibroin has received great attentions for its good biodegradability,biocompatibility and easy processing; fibroin hydrogel is one of the most important forms of regenerated silk fibroin materials and has been widely used in growth factor,controlled release carrier of drugs and scaffolds of cell culture.
